Our Lady of the Rosary's Confirmation Program will provide sacramental preparation for juniors in high school who wish to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. This sacramental preparation is required for all juniors, regardless of whether they attend Catholic school, public school, private school, or home school.
 
NOTE: For any juniors who do not attend Catholic schools, enrollment in our Parish School of Religion is also required.

SCHEDULE:

• Confirmation preparation seminars will be held on Sunday afternoons 4:00pm-5:45pm in Vincent Hall (1324 Moss St.) on the following Sundays:
  • September 23, October 28, November 25, December 16, January 27, February 17
• March 16^th and 17^th will be a Confirmation retreat with St. Pius X at Camp Abbey near Covington. We will meet at St. Pius X (6666 Spanish Fort Blvd., NOLA) at around 8am on Saturday morning and will return to St. Pius X at around 3:00pm on Sunday afternoon.
• There will be a group service project on Saturday, April 13^thin the morning and early afternoon. More details will be given at a later date.
• The Sacrament of Confirmation will be celebrated on Saturday, May 11^th at 4pm Mass by Bishop Cheri. 

 
REGISTRATION :
A registration form can be found below. Please return the form to the parish office with a copy of the Baptismal certificate and the registration fee of $100 per person, to help cover the cost of materials and the retreat.

REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION:

1. Completed Registration Form for each young person (reverse side)
2. Registration fees: $100 per person, which helps cover the cost of retreat
3. A copy of each young person’s baptismal certificate, if not baptized at Our Lady of the Rosary
